Jerry A. Eichenberger

As an Aviation attorney, Jerry has significant experience with aviation litigation and aviation transactions and financing matters. In his work outside of the courtroom, Jerry routinely advises clients on FAA regulatory matters and business planning.

Jerry has over 30 years of defense aviation litigation expertise. Jerry's aviation clients include scheduled airlines, aircraft and component-part manufacturers, fixed-based operators, flight schools, airports, insurers, flying clubs, individual pilots, maintenance facilities and corporate flight departments. 

In addition to his practice in the field of aviation law, Jerry has routinely and extensively worked in many other areas of business law including representation of financial institutions.

Jerry is a licensed commercial pilot, rated for single and multi-engine airplanes, helicopters, and gliders. He is also a certified flight instructor rated for single and multi-engine airplanes and instrument instruction.

He is a current member of the Experimental Aircraft Association, the Ohio Aviation Association, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (where he serves on the legal services panel), National Business Aviation Association, Aviation Insurance Association and is a past president of the Professional Pilots Association. He has published four books and hundreds of magazine articles on various legal and aviation topics.

Miranda L. Gahn

Miranda brings her extensive aviation and legal experience, with more than 20 years of experience in both defense and commercial aviation. She’s worked in the commercial aerospace industry with propulsion clients, where she specialized in multimillion-dollar agreements that ensured legal and corporate compliance, while mitigating business cost and risk. She is a strategic leader who helps business teams meet their goals and objectives. 

Miranda also has several years of litigation experience, counting individual pilots, aircraft owners, corporations, maintenance facilities and airport insurers among her clients. She has also represented military service members in Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) litigation.

Miranda is an Army Aviator, a UH-60 Blackhawk pilot who holds a commercial pilot license with an instrument rating. She is currently serving as Lieutenant Colonel in the Florida National Guard, and has more than 25 years of experience in uniform. Miranda is licensed in both Florida and Ohio, is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, and serves as an Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) panel attorney.

Robin Bunstine Hanna

Robin was raised in Chillicothe, Ohio.  After high school, she was employed at a local law firm, as well as having her own court reporting company, while attending Ohio University.  In the winter of 1988, her work took her to Columbus, Ohio where she settled in with the law firm of Crabbe, Brown & James and attended studies at Capital University Law School’s paralegal program.  After spending 10 ½ years with this firm as a litigation paralegal, she took her skills to Washington, D.C. and spent six years with the firm of Gilbert Heintz & Randolph. 

In 2005, Robin left for Fort Myers, Florida.  While there, she was employed by Henderson Franklin Starnes & Holt, a full-service firm, and continued her paralegal work in the litigation field.  Since leaving Henderson Franklin, she has worked part-time for several firms remotely.  She focuses on all avenues of discovery, trial preparation, and attendance at trial to assist her attorney(s).
